KRYONIS Sovereign Systems Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, is the data controller for personal data collected through bccs.bio.
Through the Infrastructure Access application form, we collect: Base wallet address (public blockchain address), email address, and qualification text (free-form description provided by the applicant). We do not collect names, government identification, physical addresses, or financial information beyond what is necessary for the application process.
Data is collected for the purpose of evaluating applications for Infrastructure Access License whitelist inclusion, communicating with approved applicants regarding their whitelist status, and managing the on-chain whitelist for the BCCS protocol.
Application data is stored in a secured database. Email addresses may be processed through third-party form services (Formspree or equivalent) for initial submission. Wallet addresses added to the on-chain whitelist become publicly visible on the Base blockchain, which is inherent to the transparent nature of blockchain technology.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: form processing services (for application submission), blockchain infrastructure (wallet addresses on the public Base network), and legal authorities (if required by applicable law).
Interactions with BCCS smart contracts on Base Layer 2, including license activation and verification operations, are recorded on the public blockchain. Blockchain transactions are permanent, public, and cannot be deleted. By interacting with BCCS contracts, you acknowledge the public and immutable nature of blockchain records.
bccs.bio may use minimal analytics to understand visitor traffic. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (email, qualification text) by contacting us. Note that wallet addresses recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology. Whitelist removal can be performed by KRYONIS through on-chain transactions.
bccs.bio uses minimal or no cookies. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Application data is retained for the duration of the BCCS protocol operation. Data of rejected applicants is retained for 12 months and then deleted unless a new application is submitted.
Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside of Hong Kong SAR through cloud infrastructure providers. We take reasonable measures to ensure data protection standards are maintained.
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of bccs.bio constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
