BCCS is developed and operated by KRYONIS Sovereign Systems Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR ("KRYONIS", "we", "us"). These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
By activating an Infrastructure Access License, you acknowledge that: (a) the License is a non-transferable software permit, not an investment product; (b) the BCCS verification unit is earned through active validator operation, not purchased; (c) no representation is made regarding the future value of any digital asset associated with this protocol; (d) you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in decentralized infrastructure protocols is prohibited.
An Infrastructure Access License is an ERC-721 non-transferable credential on Base Layer 2. It grants the holder the right to operate a verification node within the BCCS network when the mainnet verification network is operational. The License is a software permit analogous to a software license key. It is not a financial instrument, security, investment contract, equity interest, or debt obligation.
The License does not include any allocation of $BCCS verification units, any guarantee of income or financial return, any transferable asset, any equity in KRYONIS Sovereign Systems Limited, any governance voting rights (until such rights are implemented per protocol governance), or any specific timeline commitment for mainnet launch.
$BCCS is the protocol-native verification unit. It is earned exclusively through active verification work performed by node operators on the mainnet verification network. $BCCS is not purchased at license acquisition, is not distributed during any waiting period, and is not allocated to passive participants. $BCCS is a protocol access mechanism, not a financial instrument.
License activation requires payment in native USDC on Base (contract address: 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913). No other payment method is accepted. All payments are final. Refunds are not available.
You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or where participation in decentralized infrastructure protocols is prohibited. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You must self-certify compliance with local regulations.
Nothing on bccs.bio or in any BCCS documentation constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. KRYONIS does not make any representations regarding the future value of $BCCS or any digital asset. Participants should consult qualified independent counsel before engaging with the protocol.
The BCCS protocol specification, BAIN ID standard, and associated documentation are the intellectual property of KRYONIS Sovereign Systems Limited. Smart contract code deployed on Base is publicly verifiable on BaseScan.
KRYONIS is not liable for any loss arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, protocol failure, network attacks, loss of private keys, or any other risk associated with participation in decentralized protocols. Participation is at your own risk.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of bccs.bio after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced through official BCCS communication channels.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
